Architectural Review Committee (ARC):

Common Area Committee:

Bauer Highlands Watchdog Committee:

Responsible for forming a neighborhood watch group and executing the neighborhood watch plan. Keep Board members and homeowners informed of suspicious and criminal activities. Safe Streets
